Introduction

Welcome to The High-Altitude Club! By enrolling your child in our program or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read these carefully, as they explain your rights, responsibilities, and expectations as part of our community.

ENROLLMENT AND PAYMENT

    •    Registration Fee: A non-refundable registration fee of $60 is due upon sign-up to secure your child's spot in the  program.

    •    Tuition Fees: Tuition fees are due each week/month as agreed upon, and late fees will apply for late payments. 

    •    Payment Methods: Payments can be made via Zelle or invoice.

    •    Sibling Discounts: Sibling discounts are available but must be paid via Zelle to qualify.

    •    Absences: Tuition is non-refundable and must be paid regardless of attendance.

CANCELLATIONS AND TERMINATION

 •    You may terminate your child’s enrollment at any time by providing 15 days' notice.

 •    The High-Altitude Club reserves the right to terminate a child’s enrollment for failure to follow behavioral rules or if tuition is not paid. Please note that all refunds must go through an approval process. We appreciate your understanding. 

BEHAVIORAL POLICY

​We expect all participants to follow the program’s rules, which include kindness, respect, and safety. Failure to comply with these rules may result in your child’s dismissal from the program without a refund.

LIABILITY WAIVER

By enrolling in The High-Altitude Club, you acknowledge and agree that:

•    Participation in our programs involves certain risks, including physical injury and emotional distress.

•    You voluntarily assume all risks and agree to release The High-Altitude Club, its owners, staff, and volunteers from any liability related to your child’s participation.

•    This liability waiver is effective for the duration of your child’s enrollment.

MEDICAL EMERGENCIES

•    In case of a medical emergency, The High-Altitude Club is authorized to seek medical treatment for your child.

•    You are responsible for any medical expenses incurred as a result of such treatment.

DEVICE POLICY

•    Any devices brought by your child must have parental controls enabled. The High-Altitude Club is not responsible for lost or damaged devices.

PHOTO/VIDEO RELEASE

•    By participating in The High-Altitude Club, you grant us permission to take photos or videos of your child during activities for promotional and educational purposes. Your child’s name will not be used without additional consent.

DROP-OFF AND PICK-UP POLICY

•    Parents must ensure their children are dropped off and picked up on time.

•    A late fee of $15 per 15 minutes will be charged for late pickups beyond the scheduled time.

•    Only individuals listed on the approved pick-up form will be allowed to pick up your child.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

•    Children showing signs of illness must be kept at home. If your child becomes ill during the program, you must pick them up promptly.

•    We follow all necessary health and safety regulations to ensure the well-being of every participant.

FIELD TRIPS AND ACTIVITIES

  • Field trips are a key part of our program. Parents may be asked to assist as needed. Parents are responsible for providing transportation for field trips unless otherwise arranged.

  • The High Altitude Club reserves the right to make changes to the program’s schedule, pricing, and policies as necessary. You will be notified of any significant changes.
